Yes, I agree with your new rule.. However, I believe it should be worded a little different.. It sounds like you're telling no one to complain over their issues.. Instead kinda word it like you're trying to get to the rule you mean.

Example using your rule;

Rule : Try Not To Allow Your Problem To Out Blast Others' Problems

Meaning: Yes, we know you have problems that need to be discussed, however.. Try not to cause too much attention to one issue. Take it in PM with an administrator if you think it will:

A. Cause problems with others, or
B. Cause more attention that leaves out others.

We want to hear everyone out. We will be glad to hear you all out, but sometimes it may be best to take it up with an admin in private message. This is no offense to anyone, but we all get out of hand sometimes and leave others out. Let's try to include and help everyone!
